Your quote is based on the number of panes, not the size of the window or the home. Every home is quoted individually.

Remote estimates, as a range
Not ready for a visit? Send your home's approximate square footage and you'll get a price range back. A range, not a final number, because the real price depends on the actual pane count.

Your price, confirmed
Once the pane count is confirmed, you get a firm number before any work is booked.

Regular visits earn a discounted rate
Discounts are based on how often we visit. Pick a schedule and we'll include your rate in your quote.
Monthly

Windows that stay clean are faster to service, which is why recurring visits cost less per visit. Every recurring plan includes a 2-week rainy-day guarantee: if it rains within 2 weeks of a visit, we'll come back and clean the exterior on request.
The methodology
Why the same window can need two different methods.

We assess the finish
Hydrophobic glass (often newer, or treated) sheds water in beads. Hydrophilic glass spreads it into a sheet. Using the wrong method on either one leaves streaks or, over time, etching. We check before we start.

We match the method
Reachable, standard windows are cleaned by hand with the right solution for the finish. Hard-to-reach, second-story, or steeply angled glass is cleaned with a professional waterfed-pole filtration system — purified water and soft brushes on an extension pole, no ladder balancing required.

We quote by the pane
Quotes are based on the number of panes, not the size of the window — a wall of small French panes takes more time and care than one large picture window. Every home is quoted individually.

We also offer interior and exterior cleaning, or exterior only if that's all you need. Every recurring plan includes a 2-week rainy-day guarantee: if it rains within 2 weeks of a visit, we'll come back and clean the exterior on request.
Why we reward consistency
Windows that stay clean are much faster to service. When we maintain them regularly, dirt never has time to bake onto the glass and tracks stay manageable — less time working means we can charge less per visit. That's why monthly, quarterly, and twice-a-year plans cost less per visit than a one-time clean, not more.
